Return Policy

Returns

Under California law, all wine sales are final, with exceptions only for defective wine. Eligible bottles may be exchanged for store credit or replacement within thirty days of purchase with a valid receipt. Returned bottles must contain the majority of their original contents to qualify for evaluation.

Older vintages

We store our wine in temperature-controlled conditions and maintain proper provenance, but we can’t offer warranties on wines more than six years beyond their most recent vintage, consistent with standard industry practice.

Heat and ullage

Wine is sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Elevated temperatures can cause cork displacement, leakage, label damage, or spoilage, and we’re unable to accept returns for wines showing heat exposure or temperature-related damage. All of our wine is stored in a temperature-controlled environment, with precautions taken during weather fluctuations.
