Shipping Policy

How we ship

Our shipping method is standard GLS ground or FedEx ground in California, and UPS ground out of state. Wines ship from our tasting room in Santa Monica or our storage facility, Inside 12×12/Montage Vineyards in Oxnard, California. You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email.

All wine shipments must be received and signed for by someone twenty-one years of age or older with valid identification. We recommend shipping to a business address, or wherever you’re most likely to be available to receive the package. Three delivery attempts will be made to any given address, and additional fees apply to shipments returned due to unsuccessful delivery.

Warmer months (May through September)

In the warmer months, we do our best to make sure the wine stays cool in transit. If you’re concerned about the heat, you can opt for faster, more direct shipping, like 2-day or overnight. Please contact us directly at (310) 929-7828 to arrange it.

Where we can ship

We’re unable to ship outside of the US. We can only ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
